Switzerland Guard
For this 6 May the day of the Guard with the ceremony of the oath of the new recruits is celebrated every year. Switzerland Guard who already for a long time has abandoned rinascimentale politics of the power, engages itself for the collaboration between the Christian confessions, for the dialogue between the religions, the promotion of the justice and the peace let alone for the defense of the creation. Also official Switzerland is interested to this presence to the foreign country. In political atmospheres it is emphasized as Switzerland Guard not only enjoys a high reputation to Rome but in the entire world, the guards would be excellent ambassadors, prepared professionally and modernly equipped and with their optimal promuoverebbero reputation the image of Switzerland for the foreign country. For this every year a representative of the federal government or a high exponent of the 6 army participates May to the ceremony of the oath. In occasion of particular giubilari celebrations the federal Council sendes to messages of salute to the Guard, expressing therefore its esteem.
